Just got the call today, Im off to float the Grand Canyon in Jan

Anybody know if it is possible to rent a yak there or if I need to bring my own? Also does anyone have any words of wisdom b4 I go

I looked into it a few years ago you can rent their but why not take your boat (if cost affective) as you know how it handles and is padded for you, so will perform better. Have a good trip

I have a group of friends that canoe the canyon every year so i wouldn't think it to be to bad. as far as rentals check in page arizona to see if there are any shops. how far are you going? where are you getting in , pulling out?
