I am 6'1", size 12(us) feet, and weigh 208 pounds. I am looking to buy an airhead to replace my perception full tilt that i bought in a hurry without looking at weight specs, and i do not fit. I just want some opinions on wether or not i would fit comfortably in this boat.

All of the Ronins will be on sale soon, since LL has discontinued them. You might want to look at those first. For example, at the USNWC, you could get a ronin 49 for $700, i think. You need the 59, so just look around and you'll probably find one. An added bonus is that the 08 Ronins have good outfitting.

im not really looking at getting a new one, and i was really interested in this airhead because its around 350$ because the american dollar is strong compared to canadian right now, so its a really good deal.

The Airhead looks great, and when you go to buy it, just make sure that you fit well in it. As far as I can tell, it uses the 2007 outfitting, so you could probably find another LL and see how you like it. I think that the outfitting is fine, based on paddling a L'il Joe this past summer. It is not super-plush, but it gets the job done.

So i just bought the airhead and i have a couple things to say about it.

every review i read said it was a bitch to roll, i found this not to be true and when i tried to roll it it turned right over perfectly, and even a back deck roll which i was told will be really hard was pretty simple. It also had amazing room in it, which i expected, and i found the old outfitting to be very comfortable including the back band which i heard was annoyingly stiff. All in all i find this boat to be awsome for a heavy, tall, or both paddler.

Maybe once you've paddled it a bit more you can submit a review..
