Chaco Sandals / River shoes 15 years 11 months ago #26370

Hi,

Anyone heard of Chaco shoes? apparently started by a mad keen rafting guide in the states
chacousa.com

Was looking at the redrock mesh for a new kayak shoe, am going to the states for a business trip and considering getting some.

Sandals look really nice to!

Any ideas? Any rafting people out there know of them, the soles apparently are rally good an grippy.

Cheers,

Chaco sandals are the bomb, comfortable, grippy soles and tough. They also resole and restrap them if necessary.

I know it's not the shoes you were looking at but have a look at the Vibram 5Fingers KSO or Flow models.
The best gear I have ever used on my feet.

Thanks for the thumbs up.

Vibram 5Fingers KSO or Flow models

Unfortunatly I cant wear these they rip my toes to shreds, mainly as I had my feet re-built and the scar / replacement tissue on the toes is very soft. Most uncomfortable footwear I have ever worn, but, love the concept ;-)
