BTW, Liquid Logic should change "Liquid Logic: Liquidlogic Looses the Cockpit" to "Liquid Logic: Liquidlogic LOSES the Cockpit."

I hope no one got paid for writing this press release.

I was wondering about the specs as well. SOT's are heavy--curious what the specs are for the single seater is. *Thinking here they are not ready to start selling and that this is all pre-release press stuff. The LL web page doesn't list any real info yet either. Gotta weight and see.

yep... this is pre release stuff... by the way I didn't write the title (it should read loses). Anywho, here are the specs... length 10', width 30" weight 45lbs.
The coupe is the first sit on top kayak with a deployable skeg (same one as the Remix XP) and the same design concept as the XP.... versatility. Designed for rivers, lakes, and ocean wave (sm stuff) play. We have taken the Coup down the upper Green River (no not the Narrows) but we did run the two biggest rapids on that section and it was really fun. It's extremely manuverable with the skeg up and tracks great with the skeg down.... There is a tandem model as well called the Deuce Coup that can be paddled solo and tandem.
We will start production in Nov. 1 and should be shipping by the second week of Nov. Woody

Thanks, Woody! You the man! I am definitely a fan of LL just because of the XP9. Love Florida but am itching to move to the mountains/near your neck of the woods. Some day it will happen. Maybe look you folks up for a paddle.

Cheers dude!

Thanks, Woody, I think I'll probably get one of the Coupe single SOT's for my wife, who doesn't like sit-insides and who doesn't want to learn how to roll, but she likes both Class II rivers and flatwater.

Good idea to put a skeg on a SOT.
