After a difficult phase in our North American endeavors - struggling with issues such as shipping, low inventory and late deliveries - we now have a new partner in the USA.

Below is some important information regarding our new distributor:

Fluid Kayaks North America - new Fluid distributor
We set up a new company called Fluid Kayaks North America, which is based in Baltimore and headed by Marc Tohir. Apart from Marc's involvement in Fluid he is also the owner of a warehousing and distribution company, Priority Worldwide Services.

We believe that with this partnership, our particular issues in North America will be something of the past.

Advantages of the new setup
• Our customers now have a US based support team to provide assistance in the same time zone. The new support team is available to provide product support, handle order acceptance, immediate shipment of stock boats and lots of other things. .
• A changed distribution model will be implemented to reduce transport times and costs.
• Boats will be stocked for quick shipment after pre-orders throughout season.
