I'm trying to decide between a Wavesport Fuse 48 or Fuse 56 and not sure which way to go.

My wt is pretty consistent at 150 lbs. The Fuse 48 is rated for 100-160, and the Fuse 56 is rated 140-210. The 48 gives me a nice snug fit as does the 56. I'm just not sure if it's better to be on the upper end or lower end of the wt rating for the boat.....

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Depends on what you want out of the boat. If you want to have it a bit easier to throwdown(freestyle) for vertical moves then the smaller one will be easier but less retentive when playing. if you want to use it more as a river runner you would want to float a little higher out the water so then the larger one will be better.
In my opinion it is better to be towards the lower end of the weight rating, with good technique you will be able to do everything with the higher volume boat that you could do with the smaller and it will also handle better when river running.
