Magnum... One of the best creek boats i've ever paddled.

French Canoe and Kayak voted the Fluid Solo as creek boat of the year last year. I love mine! :) Excellent quality, good customer service and the company has a good work ethic. Try both if you can, then decide.

iv paddled both and they are both very good boats. there have been some complaints about the riots plastic but within my local club i think there are about 7 magnums and all have stood up so far and on some gnarly stuff too. we also have a few solos and the difference iv noticed is the riot feels lighter on the water and hence more controllable but I did fine in the solo when i paddled it. once again it all boils down to personal preference. personally i would pick the cheaper option because its not gunna make a massive difference to my paddling. i do know however that the fluid plastic is very very good as i have a nemisis. try them both out and decide then.
