Hey,

Kayaking is still possible in feb, but you are right the waters are very low (best season is Oct-Nov just after the monsoon).

If you are looking at Class III/IV, I would recommend starting a day on the Trisuli, then the Marsyandi, I can't say for sure until nearer the time but usually the Madi is still runnable at that time, and whist you in the area you could do a short trek in the Annapurna region. and of course the Bhote Kosi, if your brave enough you could always do the Bungy jump whilst your up there!.

I work in Nepal as a kayaker so feel free to email me if you have any questions, I'll be happy to help. [mail address protected from spambots with javascript]
