Thanks for your email and my sincerest apologies for not getting back to you personally right away. As a small athlete based company in our infancy we dont yet have some of the same supports in place as some of the larger companies out there, and although while we grow we are very thankful for the support and understanding given by the paddling community unfortunately sometimes an email or two does slip through the cracks. But due to your response and the fact that this really can't happen again we've pulled on a new customer services rep to start next week to help us make sure we get back to all customer enquires like yours, straight away!
