Hey everyone I am new to whitewater and am trying to figure out where to get started. I have done flat water for years because I lived in IL and there was no whitewater. I have no issues rolling, I have taken may classes and have worked with both whitewater boats and sea kayaks. I am not sure if I want a creek boat or a play boat, ideally something in between would be great. I was told that the Zen by Jackson might be something to look at, is there anything else anyone would recommend? I don't want to do anything to extreme to start, I understand down the road I might want to get two different boats but can't afford that right now. Also I am located in the middle of NC if anyone knows of any good shops, or groups around the area please let me know. Thanks for the help.
