Has anybody paddled Fluid's new Spice M?? What did you think?
Where can I find a good review for this Boat?

Hey,
I haven't spent enough time in a Spice to give an accurate review but i can tell you it depends on what you look for in the boat.
If you are the kind of paddler that is mainly into river running and not too much play (it carves really well though) than the boat is great, but if you are looking for more play out of a boat than i don't recommend it. You'll battle to do advanced moves because its not aggressive enough. But i'm only 150lbs. The new playboat is coming out in August.

Its really forgiving and stable and super easy to roll, so its great for beginners and River runners.

I have a Riot Turbo 52 which I use for I use for playing and surfing.
I am thinking of getting the Spice for river running.

I used to have Riot Turbo, i found it was a damn good river runner and still aggressive enough for play. You might be wasting your money if you get a boat that is as good a river runner but not as good at playing.
But that does depend on what sort of river running you wanna do?
You're South African right? Where do you wanna take the spice that you don't want to take your turbo?

I am 1.89m and 95kg, I find that on a river I can't get my weight far enough forward and often go over backward.
I stay in cape town which means I am in the sea most of the year but I will keep my turbo for that.
I want to start doing more rivers but don't have the confidence in my Turbo.

I guess getting a Spice might be worth it then. Have you thought about a Solo? You've got some awesome creeks down there in the Cape.

ll scooter is a well good river runner for its lenth and it kicks ass at playing
