You can’t ignore how this boat is named – it’s about getting air . . . and so much more. We’ve created a 'spud' that is faster, looser, and, of course, easier to air than any other. We've taken the famed ease of paddling of the Disco, and improved upon that too. Air is designed to get super-sized air AND cartwheel; anywhere, anytime. Within a few sessions you'll be taking your paddling to dizzying heights. Never have so many, gone so big, with so much ease.

$160 sounds extremely cheap. was it broken or something?

man, the second hand market in the US seems pretty forked up then. i couldn't imagine selling such a boat for less than $400 here in europe, even if it was very used...

I bought a riot air 55 second hand not long ago for £350. Its great fun, i'm 5ft 10\" tall, and 76kg. This cockpitt is tight.Yet i read reviews from men from 6ft 2\"-6ft 4\" how do they get in, let alone out.

I just bought one of these second hand (well third hand I'm told) in very good condition for €440. I'm only 5'9\" and 60kg and to be honest I find the cockpit a bit tight too I think I pulled a muscle in my backside squeezing in and in the time I spent adjusting the outfitting! I
t's all about technique I think and remember that the taller you are, the further back the seat is likely to be, allowing you to get in through the wider back section of the cockpit.
Great boat!

Maybe it's just becouse of Riot? Perfect shape, but bad outfitting and plastic... I had BigGun, tryed Turbo, Air, Booster... And BigGun was great in >3+, booster was great in hole and riverrunning, Turbo - one af the best boats 4 big wave! Actually I did not understood Air, as for me - it's almost Turbo, but curves a bit worse. But all of these boats has terrible, like chinese cheap outfitting, and i dont know not even one not broken Turbo. So, may be price depends on reputation?

I think Murz might be on the money here. I'm paddling a Riot at the moment (I've already ordered a new boat, just waiting for it to arrive in the country). The boat itself would potentially be good if the outfitting worked. I wanted to outfit it nice and tight for me, but all I was doing was fixing the things that break nearly every time I paddle it. Their boats are good if the outfitting allows you to control them properly!

Yes, surely, but when strap that holds your feet support brakin in beginning of 4-4+ rapid half of kilometr lenght, that feels really bad.

And when outfitting does not destroying boat's hull, as Turbo does. Back support simply tearing off border for spraydeck from hull when you give quick and strong effort on back support, like on wave you often do. Main goal that it's not one boat, that did every turbo that I've seen.

I have nothing against Riot designers, and when their quality of outfitting will be really good, I will buy myself Riot, but not earlier.

None of you could be more wrong about the qaulity of the outfitting what a stonker of an idea to use thiegh straps instead of braces so the boat fits you instead of fitting yourself to the boat I came from owning a Necky Bliss definetly very old school boat in comparrison to the air and almost any other boat using thiegh braces for that matter I paid £300 for mine and it was worth every peny.

Craighslist is like a god, i got a Full tilt for 250$, Airhead for 350$, and Juice 7.1 for 350$, and they all worked and had nothing wrong with any of the outfitting, except the air pump for the thighs breaking on the juice shortly after i bought it.
