The Witch, our newest playboat, is a lower volume version of our very successful Switch. With reduced volume and shorter length, the Witch is easier to throw down for lighter weight paddlers who want to cartwheel on the flats or bow stall. Its narrower beam also results in a kayak that is lightning fast edge to edge. The shallow 'V' cross sectional shape of the hull adds to the quickness rail to rail, while remaining super loose. As with the Switch, transition from the high volume cockpit area to the low volume slicey ends is smooth, keeping the boat retentive. The Witch hops exceptionally well on a wave, with our pros posting huge aerial moves like clean past vertical blunts, California rolls and loops.

If you're happy, you're successful.

I have been out of kayaking for 4 years and my boyfriend and I are going to get back into it.

We are looking for 2 kayaks for white water play boating.
I was looking at a used Necky Witch.
I weigh 115-125lbs and want a boat that is easy to roll and get back into kayaking with.

Any input would be great!

What type of paddling do you want to do? Run mild to wild rivers with your mates, steep creeking, park and play, ocean playing? Depends what you want to get out of your paddling. ;-)
