Has anyone got to paddle this boat yet? I want one for my shop.

Which no-legg-kiddie would fit in this boat? :)

Hey, this looks like a fun boat to paddle as a C-1 squirt-like boat. Perhaps squash the ends a bit more but a volume of 132 litres may get you some downtime if you're big enough ;)

My 9 yr old son paddled it for 5 days on the lower Yough and at the new WISP course and loved it! He's 63 lbs 4'7\" class II skills, got his roll in this boat with ease.

Bought one about 2 months ago for my 9 year old. He absolutely loves it !:roflol:

Just need to find someone who makes decent dry-tops to fit him !!! Needs a Riot size deck to fit the cockpit - anything else is way too big !

Has anyone seen the specs on the Wavesport Fuse 48 or 56? I'd be interested in those.

They'd just be an EZG 50 or 60, with slightly less volume, wouldn't they ??

I don't know. That's what I am trying to find out. I have an EZG 50 and its too big for me. I'm looking for another kayak

The Fuse 35 looks just like a tiny EZG, so don't think a fuse 48 will feel any different to your 50, in reality. What sort of thing are you after - Playboat, Play/River Runner, River Runner/Play (there is a difference !) ?

How much too big is the EZG 50 ? Perhaps a ZG48 or Project 45 (notwithstanding the above) ?

Re:Wavesport Fuse 35 17 years 3 months ago #19861

I'm looking for a river runner/play combo. I'm on the low end of the weight spectrum for the EZG 50 and it just feels like it controls me instead of me controlling it. Also I am short and find the deck height/knee bumps to be too high. I have trouble putting my kayak on edge and rolling it. Looking for something better suited to a female paddler.

Have you tried the EZG 42 ?

Riot Turbo 47 is a good boat for a female too.

Small Pyranha Ammo is a good river boat that will play too.

No I was never in that kayak. What are the specs on that?

My outfitter is having me demo a Jackson 2Fun

The Bigger fuses will be released around April 2008, I have seen the Proto types and they are a much updated EZG different volume displacements more foot room etc. I would seriously wait a few more months to see one as the EZG sell on price will be seriously reduced once it has been discontinued.
