Built with the smaller paddler in mind, it's lower in volume than the Flip-Stick, slicker in the bow and aft.

hey im prety new at kayaking and was looking to get my own boat (Ive borowed them so far) im 5'6 130 lbs and was wondering if this would be a good playboat to get.

It depends on many things... are you still growing, what kind of paddling are you wanting to do, what have you been borowing... etc. But IMHO I would send you to the RAD series. Very versatile and more updated. Paddles down river with plenty of stability and has the capability of playing until your silly.

Hey there, my wife has both boats, a Slick-Stick and a RAD 175. On a steep wave (shes not into catching big air) at her size, 5'5\" 125lbs she prefers the Slick-Stick but at all other times she prefers the RAD 175. With the RAD she seems to enjoy playing the entire rivers we run, big or small and not just park and play.
