Bin offered one for around £50; which is obviously bargin basement, and as a long serving riot paddler im tad unsure of the dagger boats, especially one from the mid-late 90's. i would prefer another riot like a techno, but like the masses cash is tight! so.... what does u reckon?

Just keep saving for the boat your after it may take a few weeks longer but it will be worth it rather than getting a boat yo dont really want cause you only got x ammount. If you want a boat to go surfing save up and get a surf kayak you will never look back, or check out ebay.

The Vertigo was one of the funest boats when it first came out. I owned one for one year and then felt like I was ready to move on to something smaller which is when I bought a Wave Sport Transformer, then I bought my current boat the Liquid Logic Vision 56.

The Vertigo is a long by today's standards. Your tips will catch when you surf the wrong kind of wave it is cumbersom by today's standards. I think it is a pretty okay river runner but I wouldn't recomend it to anyone other than a beginner.
