dissappointment

Hi,
I ordered the Agent long before the first one got to Europe. I was pretty sure Agent 6.2 will become the boat of my dreams just like KingPin. I train hard and almost every day and the Kingpin stood the test more than perfectly. Thank you for an amazing boat, I reccomended it to a lot of people.

The shape and performance of the Agent are amazing. It is doing well in a hole as well as on a wave. I quickly become familiar with the boat and started to land some of the difficult tricks. The designers did a great job! Congrats…
The outfitting and the used materials are, however, alarming. I am deeply convinced that this boat might be even dangerous on a river.

My problems with Agent 6.2:
1. The screw weren´t properely tightened. The nuts keep falling out of my boat!
2. The seat is loose on both sides. It could be possibly torn out!
3. The main yellow screws in the seat keep getting loose, they may easily get loose and consequently lost.
4. The backrest is continuously slack. The straps keep sliding through the fasteners.
5. Very little and low quality material! The boat may crack (and cracks) even after a single acceptable hit!
6. There is extremely little material on both ends of the boat. The material on the bow keeps bending inwards even after really light impacts.
7. The plastic is SOFT! I can make a scratch into it with my nail!!
8. The boat is longer than you state!
9. Overthruster is not fitting well.
10. Side levers of the backrest sometimes change position during of paddling.

I am really dissapointed about what a low quality boat I bought and I feel cheated. I am not the only one who has these problems. To conclude: Bad reputation of Dagger spreads and I would wish this to change…

Yours Slunda

An Idea: You should make two versions of the Agent- light version (such as it is now) and heavy version (more plastic, heavier boat) for more demanding conditions (slalom courses, shallower rivers class WWII-WWIV).
