The back band tends to sit a little low and has been refered to as a bum strap on other paddling forums. one real critisism is that the grap/security bars are too close to the deck of the boat. Once in the water on the paddle out i noticed how much easier this boat paddled out through the white water than the Riot boogie i once owned which tended to tip me over backwards.
