Does depend on the situation. Whether I'm forward already or on the back deck, or rocks pounding me... :scared: If i'm forward I'll just roll from wherever my paddle is. If i'm back, I'll back deck roll or sweep the paddle forward and roll on that.

I believe it's a hybrid between the c2c and the sweep rolls. I'm working on a couple others just to get used to the feeling.........you just never know what position you'll be in.

i dont even use a specific type any more. just stick my paddle out and hip snapp. works for me. when t doesnt i set up for a good form sweep.

boat! unless im on the back deck, then its a back deck roll. of coarse

theres always those occasions when my paddle is taken, then its a good

reliable hand roll. its all good as long as i can breath with in 15 seconds![/size:fb1897d2fe]
